While in Trinidad, Cuba, I came upon a real Pirate Of The Caribbean. After taking this, and several other images, he asked to see my Fuji X T-10 camera. Initially, I was a bit taken aback but gladly handed it over. He turned it over a few times, handed it back and complimented me on my camera choice.
As a street photographer I find the lightweight and compact FujiFilm is perfect for my needs. While traveling throughout Cuba, I was glad I had recently transitioned from my more bulky Canon t4i. More important, Cuba is a street photographers dream. Most every street in nearly every town and city, had opportunities. As is always the case shooting on the street, I made some and missed others.
