This image literally came “Out of The Blue” while I was walking through The Boston Fine Art Museum. This is what Elliott Erwitt would describe as a “people watcher who loves to see art and art watchers watching.” In his book, Museum Watching. Erwitt writes, “for a photographer, rather than fly casting, it’s like shooting fish in a barrel.” I view this type of street photography as a people safari. The act of capturing humorous situations, intriguing expressions, and ironic moments.
As I roam through an art museum, I not only look at the beautiful art, but for the juxtapositions created by visitors.
